Visiting Hackers

Do I need to pre-book?

• Escape Rooms: Pre-booking is required to secure your spot.
• Adventure Golf and AR Darts: Pre-booking is preferred to ensure availability but not mandatory.

What’s the minimum age to play?

• Indoor Mini Golf: No minimum age.
• Escape Rooms and Games: Suitable for participants aged 10+.
• AR Darts: Players must be 14+ and under 18’s accompanied by an adult.

Do you take corporate bookings?

Yes, we do offer party and corporate packages, please email enquires@hackers.club to book or make an enquiry.

Where is the best place to park when visiting?

While we don’t have on-site parking, there are several convenient options nearby:

• On-Street Parking: Free parking may be available around the high street; check time restrictions.
• Waitrose Car Park:Free for up to 2 hours, just a 4-minute walk away.
• Iceland Car Park: Paid parking, 3 minutes away, with a maximum stay of 4 hours.
• Other Paid Car Parks: Longer stays are available at Lake Meadows Park (10-minute walk) or near the station (6-minute walk), both offering options for over 4 hours.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes, we have toilets on site, including an accessible toilet.

Can I buy gift vouchers for Hackers?

Absolutely! You can purchase gift vouchers easily through our website or by giving our team a call.

Do you do anything special for milestone events, like completing 100 escape rooms?

While we don’t currently offer anything specific for milestone events, we think celebrating 100 escape rooms is an amazing achievement!

Why not mark the occasion with a group photo in one of our themed rooms and celebrate with a drink or meal at our bar?

Do you have wheelchair and pram access?

Yes, our site is wheelchair and pram accessible, with an on-site lift for easy navigation. Here’s a breakdown of accessibility across our experiences:

• Escape Rooms: Blood Over Baker Street and Tomb of the Wandering King are fully wheelchair accessible.
• Crazy Golf: One of our golf courses is fully wheelchair accessible.
• AR Darts: The space is accessible for wheelchair users; however, the height of the dartboard might present a challenge.

Are there baby changing facilities?

Yes, we have full baby changing facilities on site.

How long does each games take?

• Escape Rooms: Around 75 minutes to complete.
• Adventure Games: Approximately 45 minutes.
• Mini Golf: Takes about 1 hour to play through.
• AR Darts: Each session lasts 1 hour.

What size groups can play?

• Crazy Golf: Groups can include up to 6 people.
• Escape Rooms: Ideal for teams of 3 to 6 players.
• AR Darts: Each lane accommodates a maximum of 6 players.
